OneOrZero Action and Information management System (AIMS by OneOrZero) includes OneOrZero Help Desk, OneOrZero Time Manager, OneOrZero Knowledge base and OneOrZero Report Manager.
OneOrZero aims 2.6.0 is a powerful enterprise ready help desk with a knowledge base, time manager and reporting system backed by a highly configurable and extensible Action & Information Management System that allows developers to build CRM systems on the fly.
