An easy to use live chat tool that takes only a few minutes to setup. Option for using both Windows Operator Chat Console or full web-based chatting, so you can chat with your customers no matter where you are.
Ability to offer live chat on *all* your websites using one installation of the application. You can even start your own remotely hosted chat service. This is the perfect live chat tool to help your business grow.
Features:
Preset Urls - This feature allows you to have certain urls pre-set to send to a user while you are in an active chat session. You can define certain common links to send to a user, such as your order page, or your support page, or faq page.
Initiate Chat - This feature enables you to initiate a chat request. If someone is browsing your website, this feature allows you to send a request to that visitor to start a chat session.
Customizable Skins - You can create your own feel and look for the background and buttons for this chat script. Company logo, and skins can all be customized.
Unlimited Operators - You can create an unlimited number of operators. In the admin section you can define the number of operators you want to assign to a particular website.
Multiple Websites - Unlike other scripts, you can have as many websites with one installation of PhpUnlimitedChat. In the admin section you can create as many websites as you wish that would all operate under this one installation of PhpUnlimitedChat. Each website is unique with it's own login, and own operator, and stats information.
Admin Monitor - This feature allows the website administrator to monitor all the operator's activity, in regards to if they are online and engage in a chat request.
Mail Signatures - You can edit the signatures for email messages sent to users while offline, along with customizing mail content to suit your needs.
Chat Window Colors - You can edit the colors of the chat windows to suit your website. Customize the operator & user panel windows so that it blends nicely with the colors of your website.
Monitor Current Chats - This features allows you to see a full listing of all the current chat sessions that are taking place. You can even "kill" a chat session if you so desire. This is not recommended unless totally necessary, but the option is available.
Sound alerts - This feature will enable you to keep track of who is browsing your website or requesting a chat by producing a sound alert. You have the option to turn this off, if you would rather not hear any sounds while users are browsing your website.
Customizable Chat Icons - This feature gives you the option to upload your custom made chat icons for notification to users about your live_support status (online/offline). You can also customize the initiate chat image as well.
Operator to Operator Chat - This feature gives you the option to chat with another operator who is also logged into the system. Chat between operators can be useful for aiding each other in support or sales requests.
Chat Transcripts - You can view/search for chat transcripts based on a department or a particular operator using this feature. It's a good tool for reviewing past chat sessions
Operator Ratings - This feature shows you the reports of visitor support ratings by department(s) and operator(s). By selecting the date on the calendar, you can view past support ratings.
Referral Statistics - See where your visitors are coming from with Refer URL stats that are listed with this feature.
- You can use the data to maximize your ad campaign or to get a better understanding of your visitors.

Email Transcripts - You can customize the web page message of the "Email Transcripts" page and also the email content of the transcript letter. Place your company profile, promotions or other information inside the outgoing transcript email.
Detailed Stats - This feature shows visitor details and page views. It breaks down the top most visited pages by daily or monthly. It also reports number of total page views and unique visits. This report also shows you the most frequent page(s) that the visitor request support from.
Traffic Monitor - This feature shows you the current log of visitors on your website, and the pages they are currently browsing.

Default Messages - This feature gives you the option to have common messages pre-set to push at clients when needed. It's good for welcome messages, and is useful to have as a preset for answers to frequent questions.
