qalculate! by Niklas Knutsson is a multi-purpose desktop calculator for GNU/Linux.

It is small and simple to use but with much power and versatility underneath. Features include customizable functions, units, arbitrary precision, plotting, and a user-friendly interface (KDE or GTK ).
